Support Rates

Hourly rate 8am– 5pm

$ 545/hr (Billed in half hour increments)

After hours rate 5pm–7am

$ 575/hr (Billed in half hr increments)

Phone Support

$50/15 minutes (Billed in 15 minutes increments)

After hours phone Support

$100/15 minutes (Billed in 15 minutes increments)

Bench Support for all GC, HPLC, MSD and Accessories
Autosamplers , Trays and Controllers.

$345/hr

Parts and Consumables

Shop Online, call or email for quotes

Basic Travel Rate

$275/hr (Travel includes the Hwy 5 Corridor.)


Extended Travel Rate
$325/hr (or call for a quote)
